Stephen grew up in a small town where he learned the value of character and hard work at a young age. While at Baylor University he worked a wide variety of jobs where he learned the skills and values it takes to start and own a business. Upon finishing at Baylor he held management positions in Waco as well as working as a personal trainer. There he was able to build upon his character and skills to venture on his own and start Belle Window Cleaning in Russelville. He believes character and customer service are the most needed aspects of any business and plans on bringing that to his new life in Russellville.
